Our packaging process is designed to ensure the safety of products during international transportation. Each packaging type follows a rigorous, step-by-step procedure:

1. Lay waterproof paper at the bottom.
2. Add cardboard or plywood sheet above.
3. Wrap securely with fumigated wood frame.

Packaging Styles

• Stainless Steel Sheets: Export wood frame, wooden case, or metal case
• Stainless Steel Coils:
  • Slit coils with single wrapping
  • Full coils with steel edge protectors
• Stainless Steel Circles: Customized stacked and strapped packages

We implement different loading strategies to suit product types and destination requirements, ensuring optimal space usage and maximum protection:

• Standard Loading – Directly stacked or racked securely in container
• Reinforced with Side Support – Horizontal steel rack or U-frame bracket
• Full-Enclosure Loading – Wooden enclosure on all sides for maximum protection
